Project Overview

We have been supporting ThoughtFull, a digital mental health startup, in their regional headcount expansion across Singapore and Malaysia and Philippines and to assist in manpower planning in preparation of their Series A fund-raise. In this engagement, we focused on building their key leaders across the verticals of Technology, Marketing, Commercial and Finance and scaling the team from junior hires to mid-level management in Singapore and Malaysia. This was an end-to-end Talent Operations role for Kinetik as it focuses on setting up the entirety of the recruitment process and assisting in building operational excellence across people and employer branding.

We have been supporting Homage since starting the business in mid 2020 across both Malaysia and Singapore. In our most recent engagement in Singapore, we have been supporting the hiring for multiple Technology roles, including Full Stack Developers, QA and Devops from mid level through to Engineering Manager level. This was also a ‘full stack’ project for Kinetik covering all talent attraction activities, as well as a host of talent operations requirements end to end over a 5 month period.

Ada was one of our formative projects that we supported from inception across the entire ASEAN region. We become very involved in a Singapore based hiring project to help build out a new Martech capability from the top down. We help appoint the MD of the regional martech capability, as well as the Head of Engineering. From there we populated the team with multiple hires across Sales, Project Management and Martech operations.

Project Overview

We have been partnering with Siam Makro to build a national leading e-commerce based wholesale platform since mid 2021 called Maknet. We have made over 50 hires in areas such as Product, Technology and Data. We have successfully overcome various sourcing challenges by proposing a range of tools and methodologies based on the data and market insights we’ve gathered during the process. We have worked together to identify pain points that affect our hiring process and efficiency, which includes reviewing assessments, hiring process as well as proposing ways to improve the turnaround time. The agile and experimentation mindset has allowed us to have a meaningful partnership with great outcomes.
