  1. Mapping, Long Listing & Market Analysis

    Before commencing any project, we analyse the market to create a ‘market map’ to provide a firm foundation for sourcing activity. We then populate data templates which our clients have full access to, which provide a clear platform for subsequent stages.

  2. Requirements definition

    We work closely with the client to build JDs which capture primary and transferable competencies to optimize fit and best represent employer branding.

  3. Dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant

    BAll of our Consultants are highly experienced and have an exceptional track record in the market. This Consultant will be your 100% dedicated resource providing a high touch service for the duration of the project.

  4. Screening & Shortlisting

    We conduct a deep dive assessment, using Video Conferencing, based on prescribed competency templates and collate key data points and insights. Based on thorough evaluation, including drivers and culture fit, we collate shortlists supported by concise insight summary.

  5. Offer Management, Transition & Onboarding

    We manage expectations and qualify commitment end to end to ensure the offer management process and transition is as frictionless as possible.

  6. Client Interview & Testing Coordination

    We support the end to end process in terms of coordinating all interviews and testing activities

  7. Data Wrap

    We collate key data points across the project, enabling us to present valuable insight back to the client at set intervals and at the end of the project. These cover key conversions across the Hiring Funnel, Employer Branding and Diversity and Inclusion, all benchmarked to industry averages.

  8. Community & Expert led searches

    We leverage and effectively target a huge network of Digital professionals based on the combined track record of our expert Consultants. This is supported by access to tools and professional networks that provide additional access to niche talent.

  9. Employer Branding & Messaging

    We create compelling on-line strategies supported by professional design capability to enhance employer branding amongst specific candidate communities to increase inbound enquiries.

  10. Training & Process improvement

    Our goal is to complement the existing talent operations of our client as much as possible, though we are always keen to add value where possible once we have established your trust in our capabilities by recommending process improvements based on our data led insights.

  11. Weekly Tracker sessions

    We provide weekly ‘Tracker sessions’, in which we share data collated via a customised ATS platform (Applicant Tracking System), highlighting all relevant long listed and shortlisted candidates, key data points and associated workflows to ensure we have complete process visibility.


  12. Careers page microsite

    Kinetik is able to enhance candidate experience via the use of our partner platform Voyse. This platform provides a virtual careers page, enabling you to use visual storytelling to move away from traditional text adverts and deliver content driven insights into your roles, people, culture and values showcasing why your company is such a great place to work.
