Tasked to recruit 3 roles – Technical Manager, Senior UI/UX Developer and an Associate Project Manager Timeline 3 months
Full TA function which included sourcing, job ad posting, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews and offer management
Set a weekly Tracker Session with the Hiring Team Shared 3-4 profiles weekly for all the roles Worked closely with all Hiring Managers to ensure the optimized recruitment process so all hires could be expedited
Provided consultation and data led insights so Hiring Managers could understand market conditions
Act as the brand ambassador for Furniture & Choice and helped promote EVP
Filled Technical Manager and Senior UI/UX Developer within 3 months, which were niche and the partner had been seeking for 3 months previously with no success
Filled the Associate Project Manager role within 2 weeks.
