Sam is an experienced staffing and talent acquisition professional, who started his career in the industry in 2001 and has launched and led numerous hiring teams across the UK and Asia across multiple disciplines, including technology, business transformation, digital marketing, sales, creative, banking and finance. Sam has spent the last 10 years focussing his passion in ASEAN, where he has developed a profound network and understanding of the region from a hiring perspective. Sam is based in Kuala Lumpur.
Ho Swee Jim
Jim is an ex Software Engineer turned Talent Acquisition professional, who brings excellent experience of establishing and leading teams for some of the top service providers and clients in the Malaysia market. Jim therefore brings extra value as someone that has a true hands on understanding of technical requirements. Given Jim's eye for detail and process, he is responsible for defining and delivering the Kinetik Hiring process for our clients and establishing our data and insights proposition. Jim hails from Kuching and is based in Kuala Lumpur.
Yi Xing Yap

Yi Xing Yap is a Biotechnology graduate turned Talent Acquisition specialist. Before joining Kinetik, Yi Xing worked in an on-site capacity for 2 very well known consumer digital brands in Malaysia, honing her skills in managing high volume scale-ups across Technology, Marketing and Creative disciplines. Yi Xing also has qualifications in Creative Design, so she truly has a wide variety of knowledge and insight across the whole digital spectrum. Yi Xing is based in Kuala Lumpur.
Talent Acquisition Consultant
Leon is based in Kuala Lumpur and is an accounting professional turned recruiter with 5 years' recruitment experience. Prior to joining Kinetik, Leon worked with global recruitment firms, gaining valuable expertise sourcing niche, mid to senior level candidates across a variety of sectors including Finance and Technology. Leon is passionate about delivering excellent customer service bringing his personal touch to fully understanding candidate motivations and carefully matching it with employer expectations. Leon will be responsible for the onsite delivery of Kinetik hiring process for our clients in the Technology field.
Ca Ling is a Psychology graduate based in Kuala Lumpur and joins Kinetik as a Researcher. After leaving university, Ca Ling supported her family business, working in a business administration role before making the decision to pursue a career in Talent Acquisition and HR. Besides this, Ca Ling has applied her knowledge in Psychology as a trainee counsellor. Ca Ling is passionate about helping Kinetik to build an industry leading data and insight platform behind these scenes to enable us to deliver outstanding customer service.
Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Nazmina is a Biotechnology graduate with 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition. She has hired for MNCs, Start-Ups and GLCs across numerous industries and specializations including Digital, Technology, Marketing, HR, and Operations. Nazmina is adept at delivering individualized solutions for specific organizational challenges. These include identifying strategies for hiring as well as optimization of candidate experience and hiring process. Nazmina is from Ipoh In Malaysia and is currently based in Kuala Lumpur.

David graduated with a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Findlay in 2018. He entered the digital recruitment industry shortly after he graduated, where he has spent over 2 building his knowledge and network in Software Engineering, QA, Devops and Automation. David is just as passionate about matching aspiring candidates with their dream job as he is helping his clients find the right talent to scale their business to greater heights. David will be responsible for the onsite delivery of the Kinetik hiring process for our clients, where he will continue to focus on requirements in Digital Technology.
