A Case Study on Creating a Data-Driven, People-First Global Hub

In early 2024, FrieslandCampina set out to transform its global technology operations by establishing a new Technology Excellence Centre (TEC) in Kuala Lumpur. Partnering with Kinetik Hiring, the initiative moved beyond a traditional shared services model to build a world-class hub that balances cost efficiency, capability, and culture.
