Our Solution
- Supported the creation of new capability; new product engineering team from leadership downwards, including Head of Design (newly created role) and Head of Engineering (newly created role), plus the whole QA team, including the first QA Automation Engineer to kickstart the automation project
- Created a market map and provided a comprehensive salary benchmark to the CTO for board approval. Implemented a new test framework, plus a new structure for interviews for the Product & Engineering team to streamline the hiring process.
- Optimize use of Greenhouse ATS across the group and drove implementation
- The hiring plan for Product and Engineering (P&E) was initially 30% behind the schedule when entering the project and is now 90% on track.
