  • In support of this, redirected and streamlined all candidate applications via an ATS (Greenhouse) and structured and organized all hiring data accordingly.
  • Hired and worked closely with the new HRBP to generate requirements and reduce time to hire.
  • Entrusted to lead culture Interviews for all roles also as part of the internal process.
  • This is a particularly strong partnership, which is ongoing with a team of 3 Kinetik staff on-site.

Key Achievements

  • Supporting both candidate sourcing and TA operations to ensure the smooth running of the function.
  • Identified 20 very niche hires across both Malaysia & Estonia.
  • These have been within Marketing, Technology, Data, Product, and HR predominantly.
  • A key focus has been process improvement to reduce time to hire.
